4,000sf x $300/sf = $1,200,000 (base construction cost) + Estimated Lot Cost of $600,000 (example)
= $1,800,000 total.
Client’s Initial Cash Deposit (10%) = $180,000*
*this cash deposit will be applied to the total down payment for the client's construction loan.
*Prices do not include additional costs incurred for lots larger than 8,200sf including, but not limited to fences, sod, irrigation, flat work, tree removal and grading.
*Lots larger than 8,200sf will incur additional costs for grass sod, fence, irrigation, drainage, etc
